Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bizlynk, including the website at biz-lynk.com and the services we provide through it (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Bizlynk on behalf of a business, you agree to them on that business's behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

1. What Bizlynk does

Bizlynk is a business-to-business matching platform. Businesses create a profile, post orders describing what they need, and are matched with other businesses on the platform that may be able to help. When a business accepts an order, both parties' identities are shared and they can message each other through the Service.

Bizlynk introduces businesses to one another. We are not a party to any agreement, purchase, or project between users, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any goods or services offered by users.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information about yourself and your business.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@biz-lynk.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• One account may not be shared among unrelated businesses.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent orders, profiles, or business information.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages unrelated to a genuine business need.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Post content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malware.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data, interfere with the Service, or scrape or copy it by automated means.
• Use the Service to offer goods or services that are illegal where you or the other business operate.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as your business profile, orders, and messages. You grant Bizlynk a limited license to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service — for example, to show your orders to matched businesses and to deliver your messages. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Bizlynk offers a free plan with limits and paid plans with additional features. Current plans, features, and prices are shown on the Plans & Billing page in your account.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment provider and renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time by contacting support@biz-lynk.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your account returns to the free plan.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, creates risk for other users, or is required to be closed by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizlynk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that you will receive matches, that any match will result in business, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizlynk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service or from any dealings between you and other users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Bizlynk in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Bizlynk against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your dealings with other users, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
